Polaris ranger clunking noise in front end

Within the last 3 weeks I have developed a pop/clicking sound from the front end. At first I thought it was the drivers side only but after trying to narrow it down it seems to be happening on both sides and driving me crazy.

If you pull the belt cover off and pull the belt, you can grab the secondary by hand. Rotate it hard one way, then the other, you will hear the clunking noise.
